At Adult Medical Solutions, we strive to provide compassionate, high-quality medical care to the patients and families that visit our medical practice. We value the concepts of internal medicine & family medicine and taking care of the physical, mental, and emotional health of the whole family.

 

Our medical practice serves the healthcare needs of adults and children in Brownwood, Texas and surrounding communities in Brown, Coleman, Callahan, Eastland, Mills, San Saba, McCullough & Comanche counties.

Before your first visit, you will need to download your New Patient Enrollment Form from the “Patient Info” section and print the form. Please fill it out completely and bring it with you on the first day. If you can’t print it out, please come by the office and pick up the form to fill out before you come for your first visit. If available, we will also need your past medical history records.

When you come to the office, you will be greeted warmly by our experienced friendly staff and clean and comfortable spacious waiting room.  Once you are called back, you will be escorted by our tech to the intake room.  The nurse will get your vital signs, medications list, social history, allergies and past medical history. The patient is then taken to a room to see the provider.

The provider will then greet you and spend time reviewing your past medical, family and social history. He will then perform an examination and then share those findings with you.  We will then develop a strategy with you on how to address each of these issues.  Any health care maintenance that is due will be discussed.  Laboratory work or imaging studies that are needed will be reviewed and ordered.
